happens during my first appointment as a new
patient at Smile and Shine Cosmetic Dentistry?
Your first visit at Smile & Shine starts with a
consultation with one of our Drs. who will
gather information
about your medical history and dental health.
Once the initial medical history forms have been
completed, you will receive a comprehensive
exam, complete with x-rays, head and neck cancer
screening, a periodontal evaluation and baseline
dental charting. Dr.Afzali will then discuss the
current state of your dental health with you and
develop a plan for your dental needs of the
future.

For your convenience, we invite our new patients
